Solar Power    How does it work?

A typical solar panel is made up of solarcells, or photovoltaic cells. These cells  convert the energy from the sun into electricity. The electricity then passes through a battery regulator or controller, this  is to make certain that the batteries don't  over charge and have a long life span. After  the battery stores the power it must finally  pass through an inverter to convert from DC  to AC current, and then it is ready to send  electricity to your home.
